My Daily Nourishment

We did went shopping this morning in Neumarkt here in Bavaria, Germany. It is around 35 to 40 minutes drive from where we live. We went to a supermarket named Real, some discount shops and at the hardware store. I also found very cheap winter jackets which is 75% off. We ended up buying two, one for me and one for HB. I also bought 8 pairs of winter socks. Sad to say dear HB forgot to buy men’s vitamins. He is driving back this afternoon in a nearest shop to buy one. More updates to come in my other blogs later. It is time to slowly prepare for lunch. I know it is very late already because it is around 3:00 PM now. I guess dinner is already included here. Am I dieting? I guess not because for sure I will be eating a lot of fish with rice this afternoon. See you later. Have a great weekend in advance.

Thank God it’s Friday! Thank God for each day that I have the chance to see the beauty of the world. Thank God for all the blessings and the graces that comes my way and my family. I am thanking God for everything that he had showered upon me. God is truly great!

I just have a busy day today. In fact I have a lot of things to do both online and offline but I believed I can’t finish it right now. My computer room and our bedroom are still in chaos. I hope I can find time to fix and arrange it before the end of the weekend. I even want to visit www.strivectinreviews.net site but still I got no time until now. There are just a lot of things to do in the house. I don’t want to get hectic. Whatever I can finish during the day, that’s it. I hope you know now that even I am just a SAHW or Stay at Home Wife, my day is still not enough to finish my online and offline responsibilties. Busy busy busy! That’s always me!

This is such an awesome landscape. I always love watching sunset. I am imparting this wonderful beauty of nature from Panglao Island in Bohol, Philippines. This was taken during my trip last Feb. 1-2, 2010. I was there and I found it truly amazing!

Are you one of those persons who wishes to stay fit, healthy and happy all the time? I believed you are! Unless you have other thinking. I always hear this saying, “I wish I can turn back time” which I am also thinking all the time. I mean reminiscing those days when I am still young, fit, healthy and very happy. I know I need to make a proper diet to obtain my wishes. Sometimes I am thinking not to eat to lose weight but my stomach is complaining. I just visited a site that tells about colon cleanse benefits. I agree with them because losing weight certainly gives us more energy and clever thinking. I guess it is still not too late for me to start all over again. How about you?

I know that I am not getting younger anymore. Since I came back here in Europe, I noticed that there are dark circles forming on my eyes. I also noticed that my skin is getting dry. It seems that there are wrinkles that start to form on my face. Am I getting old now and these are already the signs of age spots? Or is this the freezing cold weather that causes it to be like this. If I am not mistaken my body is adjusting again to the cold weather. Philippines is very hot when I left and since it is very cold here in Germany, these might be the reaction of the systems of my body. No matter how old we are and how we look, I believed the most important thing is we live happily and peacefully. Cheers!

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the most important period of penance and preparation in the Church’s calendar. We begin our preparations for Easter with a text that encourages us to seek true conversion of heart and soul. God wants our change to be one that is wrought from within, that which will last, not something that is here today and gone tomorrow. Let us seek true conversion of heart this Lent.

Joel 2:12-18
12 Even now, says the LORD, return to me with your whole heart, with fasting, and weeping, and mourning; 13 rend your hearts, not your garments, and return to the LORD, your God. For gracious and merciful is he, slow to anger, rich in kindness, and relenting in punishment. 14 Perhaps he will again relent and leave behind him a blessing, offerings and libations for the LORD, your God. 15 Blow the trumpet in Zion! proclaim a fast, call an assembly; 16 gather the people, notify the congregation; assemble the elders, gather the children and the infants at the breast; let the bridegroom quit his room, and the bride her chamber. 17 Between the porch and the altar let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep, and say, “Spare, O LORD, your people, and make not your heritage a reproach, with the nations ruling over them! Why should they say among the peoples, ‘Where is their God?’ ” 18 Then the LORD was stirred to concern for his land and took pity on his people.

I just thought of sharing this short reminder especially to all women. I believed that most of us, it means including me always wanted to look presentable and slim. Or maybe sexy should I say. I admit I always wanted too. There are a lot of people who are using the natural method of staying fit and slim through exercise and proper diet. Some might have been using side pills in order to stay slim and sexy. Don’t you know the side effects of diet pills? That is also the reason why I am very skeptic of taking one. Probably there are really diet pills that are made out of natural elements not of chemicals. I believed these are the best ones to take. Always remember no matter how we look from outside, the inner part of ourselves is always the most important one. I hope you agree with me. Don’t forget to also take care of yourselves.

I got something to share about this wonderful picture I took in Liloan in South Cebu, Philippines. I am already missing this beautiful scenery of blue sky and water. We are about to board that fast craft going to Dumaguete for a short sightseeing. That is the island you see in the other side. Happy a wonderful day to all!
