Acts 16:11-15
11 We set sail from Troas, making a straight run for Samothrace, and on the next day to Neapolis, 12 and from there to Philippi, a leading city in that district of Macedonia and a Roman colony. We spent some time in that city. 13 On the sabbath we went outside the city gate along the river where we thought there would be a place of prayer. We sat and spoke with the women who had gathered there. 14 One of them, a woman named Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth, from the city of Thyatira, a worshiper of God, listened, and the Lord opened her heart to pay attention to what Paul was saying. 15 After she and her household had been baptized, she offered us an invitation, “If you consider me a believer in the Lord, come and stay at my home,” and she prevailed on us.

I guess I need to slowly practice this healthy and beauty tip. It is said that going to sleep early is good for our health. I also want to agree with it. The worst thing lack of sleep can make you very tired the next day. I also noticed that when a person don’t have a good sleep especially women, you can see dark circles forming on their face. Wrinkles also form slowly especially on our forehead. Using some sort of wrinkle fillers can help. I am also using one. Since I am a night owl, I need some creams to help me get rid of those wrinkles and dark spots that are slowly forming on my face due to always sleeping late in the night. I am also thinking that it is a sign of getting older. Don’t forget, the best beauty can be found inside our heart and not from external.

Time runs so fast now. I can’t believed that I am already living for almost seven years now in Europe. I also believed that it is all God’s plan that I am here in this continent. There is always a purpose and I know that it is for my own good and I am always thankful about it. I can also remember that during my first months in Germany, there were a lot of acne that were growing in my face. It really looks so bad. I am thankful that my dermatologist prescribed the best acne treatment. I am also thankful about that because after some therapy and visit to the skin doctor every month, my acne were gone. This skin problem can sometimes be very worst especially for teenagers. The doctor explained to me that probably at that time, I was still on the process of adapting my new environment. Some hormonal problems can also be the cause. At least now, the scars left by acne are slowly going away. Thanks goodness! One of the best thing you can do when having acne is to consult a dermatologist.

This is the beautiful golden altar of St. St. Ullrich Church in Hohenfels, a municipality of Neumarkt in Upper Palatinate, Bavaria, Germany. I always visit this church to lit some candles and offer prayers.

Weekend is almost here again. The weather is still wet and rainy. This kind of weather just made me crave for food. Sad to say, the one that I want to cook is not available at the moment. Hubby also said that the food I cook yesterday taste very good. He need to see a lipozene review after eating a lot yesterday. I am also thinking what to cook this weekend. I prepared a German food last weekend. I guess this time, a Filipino food. What do you think folks! Take care all and have a great weekend too!

How are you folks? I hope that you are all doing great. It seems that I was away here for some days here. Now I am back again. It’s been raining for almost a week now in our place. I guess we need sunshine again. The weather outside is getting cold and we are turning on our heater again. I also drove today to the nearest hardware store to buy some things we need for the installation of our new windows. I also went a bit shopping and found new stuffs again like new styles of lamps, bathroom sinks, a nice spa cover and a lot of flowers at the garden center of the same hardware. I also visited some stores where I ended buying 2 pairs of new sunglasses, a lila coloured blouse, chocolates and some grocery stuffs. It seems that I had a great day despite the rainy weather outside. What I want and needed at this moment is sunshine. I hope we will have it tomorrow! Have a great evening folks!

Greetings to all friends, visitors, readers and viewers of this blog. I hope that you are having a good start of the month of May. I can’t imagine how time passes by again so fast. I also hope that you had a wonderful month of April. For us, it was a great month and we are thankful to God about it. I also had some job offers last month but the job location is quite far from us. I know there are still a lot of jobs that will be coming in the future. I am not really in a hurry right now because we are quite living a simple but quite abundant life where all our basic needs are always there. It all started last month when we already paid most of the debts that needs to be paid. It is a nice feeling having a financial freedom where you don’t need to worry anymore about money to buy for your basic needs. Thanks God for all the blessings. Happy weekend to all!
