Beauty Tip

I guess I need to slowly practice this healthy and beauty tip. It is said that going to sleep early is good for our health. I also want to agree with it. The worst thing lack of sleep can make you very tired the next day. I also noticed that when a person don’t have a good sleep especially women, you can see dark circles forming on their face. Wrinkles also form slowly especially on our forehead. Using some sort of wrinkle fillers can help. I am also using one. Since I am a night owl, I need some creams to help me get rid of those wrinkles and dark spots that are slowly forming on my face due to always sleeping late in the night. I am also thinking that it is a sign of getting older. Don’t forget, the best beauty can be found inside our heart and not from external.

    inis ako sa umaga pag-wala akong tulog…hehehe may beauty tips ay drink a lots of all kind of soup I learn it from my sisters husband who is chinesse…coz I wondered why they had soooo bb faces chinesse…
