The STrong Bond of faiTh

We have many times heard the saying that “blood is thicker than water.” These words of wisdom tell us that there is nothing that could rival natural family affinity in binding persons. It is to the family that we go back to so that we may find our life’s bearing amidst life’s ups and downs. Our family is always our haven, our refuge, our reference point.

Going through life, though, we learn that not all family members and close blood relatives are reliable allies. Many times we have also heard how siblings go against each other in scandalous court cases. Serious political differences and ambitions brought bloodbath to persons who are supposedly of the same ancestry and lineage. In contrast, we hear how non-related couples who just met in Marriage Encounter weekends refer to one another as “Tito,” “Tita,” “Brother” or “Sister.” We witness how Christians who meet in renewal groups, such as the charismatic movement, greet each other with sincere embraces of fraternal love and concern. Members of these Christian groups claim that their relationship with one another have made them even closer to each other compared to their not-so-casual relationships with their blood relations.

Indeed, our spiritual ties of faith in Jesus do not only make us come close to God in prayer. Necessarily, true faith builds up our friendships into deeper ties conditioned not by any financial or material considerations. Faith makes us more open to sincerely share our experiences, our trials and triumphs. Faith makes us more generous to give and receive, even beyond the guarantees of material resources. This was forwarded in my email and just thought of sharing it to you. I guess, the anonymous author of this quote is right about this. Do we really know where are we going? Can we just stay where we are? I guess not but the most important thing which I believed is that “I hope the path that we always choose is the right one!! Have a great and blessed weekend!!

How was your day guys? I had a quite hectic day today. I did some cleaning in the house, did our laundry, cooked some food and started to scan some postcards which I collected from the different cities and countries that I already visited. I am just sharing for today about my future plan. I am talking about business again. I am longing to go home for vacation anytime this year. I also want to see some business opportunities back home. If ever financial aspects are possible, I am thinking about dollar store franchise or probably a bargain store. I always believe in my instinct and my determination. If I want to do something, I usually work for it until I achieve it. I hope that this business plan will materialize soon! wish me luck!! have a great and blessed weekend!!

I am finally organizing a shopping trip in Italy with Venice sightseeing. As you know Italy is very famous for its porcelain and ceramic collections which are hand made. It is especially famous for its capodimonte. I have been there thrice already and bought some porcelain and ceramics as my collections. If you have not been in Venice, this is already the chance for you to see this beautiful city. Without further adieu, here are some infos and itinerary about the trip.

Please bring military ID Cards, passports are not needed for Italy but I would suggest to bring them just in case any needs arise.

We will be leaving from Parsberg, Mercedes Benz (Arnold Autohauz) parking lot at 8:30 PM on Friday May 15, 2009. ( across from MCDonalds in Parsberg), you may leave your car parked in the parkplatz for free)

Arrive approximately 4:30 am (Saturday May 16) at the highway restaurant to freshen up, get coffee or souvenirs.

Back on the rode at 5:30 am

Arrive Vicenza, Italy at RG PORCELAIN @6:30 AM (1 HR. SHOPPING)
Arrive Union Porcelain @7:45 am flowers, roses, pictures, etc. (1 HR. SHOPPING)
Arrive VBC factory @9:00 AM (1 HR Shopping)

Arrive Nove, Italy @ 10:00AM (Devis, Larry’s, Stella, Ancora and other stores in this area)

OFF TO VENICE, ITALY!!!
*Price for Gondola/Boat Ride around 8.00- 10.00 Euros

We will spend the whole afternoon in Venice.
Return to the bus between 6:30-7:00 PM

I guess each and everyone wants to find his or her luck in all that he do. You might also want try some luck to earn more money. I visited a personal blog last time. The owner posted that he is playing in lotto to have some luck. He always have the hope that one day He will win in lotto. Yesterday after finishing some transactions at the bank, I also went to the Lotto Toto here in our small town. Sad to say that it is closed. I am also trying some luck in Lotto. Who knows I might also win one day. Actually I already won twice but with a very small amount. What I did this morning was tried again my Lotto numbers. Imagine for 21 million Euros for today’s winnings. If I will not play, I really don’t have the chance to win. If I will win, I can a lot of things already like going to my dream places and countries, helping my family, shop what I like or buy a playstation 3 for my nephews…or probably help other people too!! wish me luck for today!!

Good morning everyone!! Ooopps, I thought it is till morning but it is almost 1PM now. A miracle for today because I woke up so early. Imagine at around 9am I am already wide and awake. I usually wake up around 11am. I went to sleep around 2am last night, so please don’t expect me to wake-up very early but today I did! As I woke up I stared immediately to the window and found another miracle, it is snowing outside! This the wonder of winter time. I know some people who don’t see the beauty of winter because it is freezing cold but I do. While taking my tea time, I heard a knock on the door. A package was handed to me by the Postman. I immediately search for my box cutter. I am expecting a package of the camera that I ordered. What I got first is the memory stick!! hopefully tomorrow, I will receive the Sony digital camera which I ordered online!! cool!! happy snowy day from Europe!!

Good evening to all! It is almost midnight now here in Europe, Paris time! I am still wide awake waiting for my eyes to get tired and feel sleepy! I updated almost all my sites today. I am quite contented of what I had done today including doing the household chores, going to the bank for some transactions, going to the Church to lit some candles and fixing and arranging some stuffs in my computer room. Wow what a day!! At least I had done a lot of things not just wasting time. Everytime I do that, I am already happy and contented.

Sometime in December, I went to a shop to find for some watch straps. There is not much shopping malls or supermarkets near our place. In fact some shops were already closed now in our small town. I guess the business is not so good. I have to drive for around 15 km to go for grocery shopping. I was not really looking for an Alligator Watch Straps that time. Honestly speaking I can’t afford it. If I have a lot of money, I will surely buy those kind of watch straps because I know that being made of genuine leather, it is durable and long lasting. I only bought 2 watch straps in a discount store. It might not be the same quality as the Alligator watch straps but for temporary use, it is better than nothing. I wish everyone a great evening!! guess it is time for signing-off now!!

This is Hohenfels during summer time. This is where I found my new home! I love this place and the beauty of its surroundings. It is a small town but has a lot to offer. Not probably about shopping but in terms of the beauty of nature around. That tower is the Burgruine Hohenfels, the remains of the Castle that was erected here around 1300. I am very happy today. I did a lot in the house like arranging and cleaning especially our living room. I accomplished something again. Little things like this can make me happy. I don’t know for some people. Even I just stay alone at home when my husband go to work, I still find a lot of things to do. I even felt sometimes that a day is just not enough for me. This is especially true as I started blogging. I find another simple happiness when I can share my ideas, thoughts, opinion and even my personal experiences especially to the beautiful places I have been to. I even received an email today which says “Wow girl, you have been traveling lately”. I am more happy as my three other sites was accepted for earning extra income.

As you can see in my header, how many blogs do I have already? It’s getting even more. I still did not include some other sites I got here. But anyway…blogging and web hosting..topics like these! I still have to admit that I am still not an expert about blogging. I might not be a beginner but probably a novice in the blogosphere. and I am really interested about web hosting. I want to know more about this at UK Web Hosting. I am still very much interested to know about web hosting, web design and simply building sites..Check it out in the future time about my happy blogging life!!
