My Daily Nourishment

Philippines was quite warm as I took my almost three months vacation from November 2009 to February 2010. I can’t bear having a long hair in the warm climate in the Philippines. Last January, I decided to let my hair cut. Imagine a very long hair below your butt or what is the right term anyway? Compared to other people who have problem losing a lot of hair, I can say that I have quite a healthy hair, thus I don’t need a hair loss treatment for now. I hope it will never happen to me. I just have some problems with dandruff the past days. I bought this week a dandruff shampoo and I guess it works good because I seldom see dandruff anymore. My hairs are slowly growing again. In some months it will grow for some inches more. I will see if I will let it cut when it reaches my hip or butt. Goodnight and have a lovely weekend ahead.

One of the scenery I miss in the Philippines. I don’t know but I always love to see the sunset. I was so happy today that I had seen the sun set here in Germany after a long winter time. We were on the way to the clinic for some therapy and I saw the beautiful sunset. Sad to say, I still did not download the pictures. Hopefully tomorrow. It has been some nights now that I don’t have a good sleep. Most of the time this week, I am wide awake in the night. I am already lying on our bed but I just can’t close my eyes. It ended me reading some books especially travel ones. I guess taking natural sleep aids can be a good remedy for this sleeplessness. I have not tried one yet because I still want to read more reviews from other people who had experienced taking it. I was also thinking that the pain on my stomach that I had mentioned in my other sites might also be one of the reasons. I am just very thankful that I am feeling better now after taking pain reliever tablets. I am also going back again to the doctor tomorrow for another medical treatment. I hope and pray that everything will be fine soon. Those were such sleepless nights here in Deutschland! I also hope to go to sleep earlier this evening.

Hello everyone especially to all friends out there. I can’t stay too long online now. I am quite tired after having a long day today. I had some appointments to visit and one of that is my doctor. I also went grocery shopping and yah a little shopping for stuffs. I forgot to buy blackhead extractor as I went to Schlecker, a German shop. What came to my mind was the pictures I let developed the other week. I spent quite some amount only for developing a thousand pictures. That was 1,033 photos and cost around 75.00 Euros. I guess that was quite a cheap price for such volume of pictures. I really have to sign-off now guys. I hope I feel better with my abdominal pain. Goodnight and stay fit, healthy and happy all the time!

I am still catching for my RT entry. This one was taken in Bohol, Philippines last month during my vacation there. I love this place and that is also the reason why I visited it again. I guess you see some red here! Take care everyone!

Good evening folks! Let me share this to you before I go to the bath tub to relax and take a bath. I am not really feeling good since yesterday because of my cough, shoulder pain, headache and pain on the side of my stomach. Sometimes I am thinking if I am slowly getting old or what? Last night as I was in the bathroom, I tried to look at my stomach whether I have a bruise because it is painful until now. I did see nothing but a bulging stomach. I was quite scared. I am thinking I am gaining weight again this winter. I guess it is time to slowly act for a quick weight loss. I found a magazine that feature some pills but I am still quite skeptic. I need to search first in the net which ones are really good and don’t have any side effects. For now, I am trying to lessen my food intake now because I want to lose some pounds before summer time. I am quite excited for the coming of the spring season. Time to jump-off inside the bath tub. Take care folks!

HB is always happy everytime he looks on the pictures of our house in the Philippines. He cannot imagine that simple people like us can built a house there. What he really love is the scenery that he can found around.. There are still some things that we need to fix. We still need some exterior shutters to keep the house from the heat of the sun and from rain. The terrace that we started to build during my three months vacation there is still in progress. At least we had already started building it. My brother told me last week that the tiles on the terrace are finally done now. Hopefully next month, we can continue again with more home improvements. The seawall that we are also constructing in front of the house is still on progress. I hope this year all the major home improvements will be done. Anyway, thanks to Custom Shutter Company who give me some ideas on what to do for our exterior shutters. Have a great day! It is time to prepare for lunch.
