I just remember that we have to say goodbye soon for the month of May. The month of June will be here tomorrow. Don’t you know that rose is the birth flowers of this month. June’s birthstone is the pearl, the Moonstone (gemstone), and the Alexandrite which meaning is health and longevity. I would like to greet in advance all birthday celebrants for this month. Back to my main topic which is about some ways of losing weight. I read online that using thermogenic fat burner can help get rid of those excess fat. I believed that doing exercise everyday is also one of the best way of burning fat. Proper choice of food can also help. I wish that I can have more time to exercise like go walking everyday. With the rainy days that we have all the time, doing so is quite difficult. For more ways of losing weight, searching the internet is the best way to find it.

This is quite a touching story. Hubby’s relative also died of cancer. We attended the burial last Thursday. I am just sharing this inspiring story to give hope and encouragement especially to those who are suffering this kind of sickness. God bless you all! Thanks to Kyregma for sharing this and to the author Tess.
“But rejoice to the extent that you share in the sufferings of Christ… – 1 Peter 4:13
With tears in her eyes, my cousin said, “Si Lord na ang bahala sa akin (I am in God’s hands).” The dreaded big C had spread to her ovaries, intestines and pancreas. Her words keep coming back to me.
These past years, I have seen so much suffering at close range. Many friends in our neighborhood have cancer. A few have passed away; some are still battling with it.
And yet, too, I have seen people who, though suffering with cancer, continue to live joyfully and meaningfully, finding purpose in their illness. Their suffering has blessed the people around them —just as Jesus’ suffering and death blessed us all.
Maybe it’s time to act soon on the inspiration that’s been nagging at me for three years — to form a cancer survivors support group that will not only be a haven for those afflicted with the illness but will also provide support for caregivers.
An inspiration, a prayer, a willing spirit.
As I write this, I know that God is moving things for His will to happen.”
Tess V. Atienza
REFLECTION:
How do you look at your suffering or those of the people around you? Do you find meaning in them?
Lord, there is so much suffering around us and in us. Grant us the grace to see Your purpose in allowing them to happen.

We attended a friend’s birthday party last Saturday. Imagine driving for around 400 kilometers only to attend a party. Actually it is not only a party but we also took the time to visit these good friends of ours. We seldom see them so we decided to drive last Friday night and stayed there till yesterday afternoon. I can’t stop myself again and ate a lot during the party. I guess it is time to search for apidexin to help me take away those calories I took last weekend. I really felt guilty after eating a lot during the party. Here are the foods prepared by my friend during the party. These are yummy ones that I forgot the word diet. lol!

These are the beautiful tulips in our garden. They are gone now. I will see them again next year. I love these flowers! Have a lovely week to all!

Hello everyone! Weekend is ending again. I hope that you had a wonderful one. We had a great after spending it with friends. We attended a birthday party of a friend from a far away place. It was around 400 kilometers drive. My favorite part was the eating time during the party. Now I regret that I ate a lot again. I need to read fat burner reviews to slowly learn more on how to make a good diet plan. I can’t stay too long tonight. I am really very tired because we just came home tonight. Goodnight folks! More updates tomorrow. I wish you you all a lovely week ahead!

It is the Spirit at work within us that gives us the power to bring about God’s Kingdom. The Spirit does not just help us to pray; the Spirit empowers us to act and is the power in our efforts to proclaim the Gospel. Today we rejoice in all that the Spirit causes us to be and enables us to become in the hope of the resurrection.
1 Corinthians 12:3b-7, 12-13 (or Romans 8:8-17)
3 Brothers and sisters: No one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit. 4 There are different kinds of spiritual gifts but the same Spirit; 5 there are different forms of service but the same Lord; 6 there are different workings but the same God who produces all of them in everyone. 7 To each individual the manifestation of the Spirit is given for some benefit. 12 As a body is one though it has many parts, and all the parts of the body, though many, are one body, so also Christ. 13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, slaves or free persons, and we were all given to drink of one Spirit.

We attended today the burial of hubby’s cousin who died due to cancer. Due to this, we are extending our deepest sympathy and condolence to Weiss family especially to his wife and two children. May Ludwig rest in peace with his Creator. Losing someone especially a love one can be very tragic and a very sad experience. That was our topic today as me and my husband were driving back home. We are hoping and praying that Ludwig’s family especially his wife will continue to face life and will be given courage, love and patience to continue to take care of her two children.
On the other hand, after the burial ceremony, we proceeded to a restaurant for a lunch. I guess it is already part of German culture to do that just like we do in my home country. I noticed that most women’s relative and friends of the deceased got some problem. Their hair are quite thin and light. Some old women even got hair loss problem. They probably need hair loss treatment for women. I also noticed that the young lady in front of me also got the same problem. I hope that she can find a quick solution to that before everything is too late. We are also thankful that we arrived home safely this afternoon. Thanks goodness!

“I know not, but God knows;Oh, blessed rest from fear! All my unfolding daysTo Him are plain and clear.”– Flint
Below is the beautiful coastline in Malabuyoc, a municipality in the province of South Cebu, Philippines. This area is also called the Freedom Park. You can see the market building from afar and those with the blue and orange roofs are some sort market stands or kiosks selling different products. This was taken during my vacation this year to the Philippines.

It seems that sunshine is coming out again! I thought it will be raining the whole day but now the sun is shining again. I can’t go walking right now because hubby will be backed home in half an hour. We will be picking up my car at the auto repair shop owned by his brother-in-law. I hope I can stop-by in one of the grocery stores in Velburg to buy some grocery items. I also want to see if I can buy an under eye cream. I am using one but it is almost gone now. I am getting ready now before hubby arrives from work. I wish everyone a wonderful day! I am happy that we got sunshine at the moment. It brightens my day!

Acts 2:1-11
1 When the time for Pentecost was fulfilled, they were all in one place together. 2 And suddenly there came from the sky a noise like a strong driving wind, and it filled the entire house in which they were. 3 Then there appeared to them tongues as of fire, which parted and came to rest on each one of them. 4 And they were all filled with the holy Spirit and began to speak in different tongues, as the Spirit enabled them to proclaim. 5 Now there were devout Jews from every nation under heaven staying in Jerusalem. 6 At this sound, they gathered in a large crowd, but they were confused because each one heard them speaking in his own language. 7 They were astounded, and in amazement they asked, “Are not all these people who are speaking Galileans? 8 Then how does each of us hear them in his own native language? 9 We are Parthians, Medes, and Elamites, inhabitants of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10 Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the districts of Libya near Cyrene, as well as travelers from Rome, 11 both Jews and converts to Judaism, Cretans and Arabs, yet we hear them speaking in our own tongues of the mighty acts of God.”
