Four words or less could make a world of difference.

I just heard the sad news that a colleague of mine took his
own life over the weekend. My initial reaction was: why? I
guess my reason was that we both work for a company that is
fairly stable in this economy, his life was full of energy on
and off work, he was young and he had a lot of friends.
Everything was perfect!

Or so it seemed.

Hello.
At a session to share our memories of him, someone brought it
up that it might be a good idea to always reach out to people
we know who might be going through rough times emotionally,
financially, spiritually or in any other way they might not be
feeling fulfilled.

How are you?
My expansion on this is to say this should not just be to our
friends and family alone but to anyone we come in contact with
in our daily life or even just once in a lifetime.

There have been moments in my life that I needed to share
things on my mind but did not know who to speak with. Or
moments that I just wanted to talk to a stranger who will not
give a biased opinion because they were my friends. When
people go through hard times, they become more of what they
are, the quiet withdraw more or the talkative increase their
chatter. A few simple signs could tell us something is wrong.

Hello, how are you?
When I was much younger, a girl on my street caught my eye and
I always promised myself that I would summon the courage to
say hello and become her friend. I never did. She died of a
sickness I had survived a few years earlier. My family was
aggressive with testing and we diagnosed it very quickly.

I keep wondering, what if I had said those four words, would
it have led to me sharing my survival story and would she
still be alive now? I will never know the answer to that.
However, you can! Not the answer to my question but you can
say those few words and you never know; it may just save a
life!

My MountainWings Moment resolution is, as simple as it may
seem, 1, 3, 4 or more words may just bring back a life or
bring a smile at least.

I know I need a smile to get me going once in a while.

Good morning Europe!! I am feeling very sleepy now. It is past midnight already. I know I have to slowly sign-off. Yesterday was another great and fantastic day after we watched the Chinese Fasching in Dietfurt. That was a very lively entertainment which I always love to watch every year. But anyway, I have three cameras at the moment. We used two cameras for yesterday’s Fasching or Carnival celebration. I am just happy that I bought four more memory cards for my cameras. I am not using compact flash memory card because the ones that are required fro my cameras are SD cards and Memory Pro Duo. I already have more than enough for my “click-click” escapades. I just love taking photos of anything guys. This is better as doing nonsense things and not good stuffs. I have to bid goodbye now!! Have a great evening to all!! It’s TGIF again!! take care everyone!!

Sometimes life can be very hectic and problematic. Just last week, I received an email from a friend asking for help because his five months old baby has a hole in his heart. He was asking for monetary help because his child needs to be operated. The doctor said that if the baby will not be operated as soon as possible the hole in the heart will continue to grow as the baby grows and will endanger his life. I understand that was really a very sad moment in my friend’s life. I told him that I will try my best to help but as of now all I can help are through prayers. I hope and pray that God will perform a miracle for their baby.

I got the same trial when my Mother had a high blood attack last 2007. Her sickness got complicated due also to her diabetes. We really prayed hard that she will be given more days in her life. Thanks God that our prayers were answered. Although we spent a lot of money for her hospitalization but at least she was given one more chance to live in this world. Besides money can still be found but if life is lost, it can never be taken back anymore. Happenings like this can be very traumatic. That’s why I told my Mother to always take care of her health. I know she love to eat a lot too. I would even recommend that she might need a weight loss product so that she can take away some kilos which sometimes affects her health.

Just always remember guys, trials are part of lives. It is just a way of handling it. I have been to a lot of this.Thanks God that I survived. have a great and blessed weekend to all!!

Good evening! I thought of sharing some healthy tip before I sign-off. This is a very nice healthy tip especially to all women. I am happy to read this today.
