Good afternoon guys! How are you doing? I hope you are all doing great! I wish to share some vacation pictures but I forgot to bring my flash drive. I already made thousands of pictures since my first day of vacation. I also need to buy memory as back-up for all my vacation images before anything else happen. I remember a friend who erroneously deleted all her vacation photos. It is better to be safe than sorry. I hope to give you more updates when time is possible. That’s all for now. Have a great day!

It’s been three years that I did not see home. Finally, I am coming home again. Can you imagine how I miss home especially my family and friends? How about the beautiful scenery of nature like what you see in the pictures below? These are some of the things I truly miss. I am coming home soon to my beloved home country, Philippines. I am also praying for my safe and sound trip back home.

Lord, I would be soil in which you can plant
Your word with its promise of fruit;
I want to be open to you everyday,
So what you have planted takes root.

Another weekend is here! I got here a picture of somewhat like a religious monument. I took this picture during a visit with a dear friend Dae Loloy in Manchester last Nov. 2008. I can’t exactly remember where I took this one. I bought a book about Manchester but it was left in Birmingham. Just sharing this picture for now. Have a great and blessed weekend to all.

I know I will be back again! Huh! Ok guys, I am leaving on a jet plane to see my family and friends once again. I was so busy today because I am battling again with balikbayan boxes. I have to finish it before the end of the weekend because it will be picked-up this coming Monday. As usual, I got a lot of stuffs there. This time I included some wooden clamps to be use in our garden. I just have very busy days now. I hope I can finish all the things that I need to do before I will fly. Please bear with me if I cannot update my blogs regularly during my vacation. I would love to give you some updates when I have time. I am quite optimistic to see home again. Please pray for my safe and sound trip. Thanks a lot. I wish you all a wonderful and blessed weekend.

This is a very inspiring story for me. In fact, I was strucked with it because I am acting it sometimes especially if I lost my patient and control. Forgive me God for all my flaws, shortcomings and mistakes. Please continue reading the story. I got this story from a subscribed email from Kyregma. Feel free to visit their site in www.Kyregma.com
WITNESS
Therefore David blessed the Lord in the presence of all the assembly. – 1 Chronicles 29:10
I don’t know what came over me. I’ve never lost my temper like that. Worse, it happened in public. It was early and the mall was still closed. I waved to a security guard through the locked door but I felt he intentionally didn’t mind me. I felt offended. On impulse, I banged on the door and shouted at him. He pointed to the opposite entrance. There, I gave him a piece of my mind. Loudly. I came down on him hard. At first, he defended himself. Then he started apologizing. But I didn’t stop. After a few seconds, my companion held my hand to calm me down. He said, “Bro, he apologized already.” When I finally cooled down, I turned around and saw a large crowd of silent people… with their jaws half dropped.
Although I felt I was in the right, I admit I let my anger and pride take over me. That was wrong. Later, I went back to apologize to the guard but his shift had ended. I lost the opportunity to say sorry. I pray for the grace to always glorify God through my words, thoughts, and most importantly, my actions — because that’s mostly what people will remember.George Gabriel
REFLECTION:
Is God glorified through how I conduct myself in public?
Help me, Lord, to walk the talk.

Hello everybody! Another week is here again and Monday is almost ending. Time runs so fast that I will be flying home for vacation next week. There are just a lot of thing to do in the house back home. I am planning for some home improvements like fixing the kitchen a bit and maybe a terrace facing the beach. I just read now about stainless steel tiles. This is quite new to me because this is the first time I heard about it. I know of other tiles that are made of special stones like granite but this one sounds unique. I will see if I can find nice ones in the Philippines. Can’t wait to see home and see my family and friends again.

I got here another religious and historical architecture, the church of St. Mary The Virgin in Knaresborough, England. I visited this church last year in November. It is said that this church is around 700 years old now. Here is the photo I personally took during my visit with a friend Ross in this interesting place.

This is the Danube River that runs along Kloster Weltemburg, a baroque Monastery near Kelheim in Bavaria, Germany. This monastery was founded around 600 A.D. and claimed to be the oldest one in Bavaria. Me and dear HB already visited this place twice already. The last time was last September 2009. We had a cruise in Danube River from Kelheim to this monastery. You can also find the famous Asamkirche or Asam Church in this monastery. Feel free to browse my other sites for more photos of this place.
