We live in the end times. However, the Church understands that the end times began with the death of Jesus. As disciples, it’s not about the signs or when the end of the world will occur. We need to be ready now. This is the only way we will have prepared properly for the return of Jesus. And if He comes tomorrow or in a thousand years, it does not matter to us because we are ready whenever He comes.

Luke 21:5-11

5 While some people were speaking about how the temple was adorned with costly stones and votive offerings, Jesus said, 6 “All that you see — the days will come when there will not be left a stone upon another stone that will not be thrown down.” 7 Then they asked him, “Teacher, when will this happen? And what sign will there be when all these things are about to happen?” 8 He answered, “See that you not be deceived, for many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am he,’ and ‘The time has come.’ Do not follow them! 9 When you hear of wars and insurrections, do not be terrified; for such things must happen first, but it will not immediately be the end.” 10 Then he said to them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. 11 There will be powerful earthquakes, famines, and plagues from place to place; and awesome sights and mighty signs ill come from the sky.”

Thanksgiving is finally over! I guess some American friends out there had a great time during the Thanksgiving celebration. For sure, you also had fun during your black Friday shopping because there were a lot of stores who are offering big sales during this day. I also had a memorable Thanksgiving celebration with friends. It was simply great! Thanks to all friends for the invitations.

Back to my main topic: Anyone who is experiencing facial problem right now? I already heard these words from some friends, telling that “it can be a very big problem if your main problem is your face.” You know what I mean guys? Some are having facial problems because they are experiencing acne, blackheads, whiteheads, eczema and other skin problems. The women especially are always the ones who are always complaining of this problem. Just like me, who until now is still having blackheads especially on my nose, is sometimes worried about my face. lol! I read some tips and information online on how to get rid of blackheads. More on that, I also found out that the best thing to eliminate acne is to eliminate first those blackheads. This is quite new to me and I am happy that I am informed about it. See the help of internet on this modern world of ours? It is truly helpful to me in making things better.

And yes, if your problem is truly your face, sorry guys, I can’t really help you. Happy weekend!

The message of today’s reading is very simple: there is going to be a time of judgment and we had better prepare for it. Should we be fearful of such a day? Well, that all depends on whether or not we have something to fear, such as unrepented sin. If you regularly repent of your sin and sincerely seek to live a oly life, then I doubt you have much, if anything, of which to be afraid.

Revelation 14:14-19

14 I, John, looked and there was a white cloud, and sitting on the cloud one who looked like a son of man, with a gold crown on his head and a harp sickle in his hand. 15 Another angel came out of the temple, crying out in a loud voice to the one sitting on the cloud, “Use your sickle and reap the harvest, for the time to reap has come, because the earth’s harvest is fully ripe.” 16 So the one who was sitting on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested. 17 Then another angel came out of the temple in heaven who also had a sharp sickle. 18 Then another angel came m the altar, who was in charge of the fire, and cried out in a loud voice to the one who had the sharp sickle, “Use your sharp sickle and cut the usters from the earth’s vines, for its grapes are ripe.” 19 So the angel swung his sickle over the earth and cut the earth’s vintage. He threw it into the great wine press of God’s fury.

Today is the celebration of the American Thanksgiving Day. It is a celebration held every fourth Thursday in November every year. It is a celebration giving thanks to God. Although I am not an American, I also celebrate thanksgiving day in my own simple way. Sometimes, American friends are inviting us to take part of this event and have dinner in their house. This is also the time to save the date cards for this very special day. I can’t wait to go to a friend to have a dinner tonight. Thanks a lot for the invitation. We truly appreciate it.

The Only Key To Happiness

I have an announcement to make: God wants you to be happy. In fact, I believe God has already lined up the right blessings, the right miracles, and the right people to bless your life.
Especially the right people.
Why right people?
Because God wants you to be happy by having happy relationships.
He really only has one strategy to make you happy. He has no backup plan in case it fails. It’s through happy relationships or bust.

If you don’t have happy relationships, you’ll never be happy.
No matter how rich you are.
No matter how religious you are.
No matter how much you achieve in life.
No matter how beautiful you are.
No matter how intelligent you get.
At the end of the day, your life is all about relationships.
In other words, your life is all about love.
That’s why the greatest commandments are about love.
Because He wants you to be happy.

It is always a quality time especially when we have the chance to talk and exchange ideas with friends. This is especially true especially when the topics we talked about are happening in our day to day living. More to that, when we share the same interests like travel, gardening, house improvement, scrapbooking and a lot more. Yesterday, I had a lunch date with a friend. I invited her to have lunch in our house and we truly had a good time talking about our interests. I was thinking about colon cleanse because I ate a lot yesterday. I had a cup of green tea that afternoon to clean my stomach. I guess, it was not so bad because I cooked vegetables for lunch. It is three consecutive days now since I had lunch dates with friends. I loved and enjoyed it. Thank you guys for being such good friends.

Psalm 23:1b-3a, 3bc-4, 5, 6

1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 In verdant pastures he gives me repose; beside restful waters he leads me; 3 he refreshes my soul. He guides me in right paths for his name’s sake. 4 Even though I walk in the dark valley I fear no evil; for you are at my side with your rod and your staff that give me courage. 5 You spread the table before me in the sight of my foes; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.6 Only goodness and kindness follow me all the days of my life; and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD for years to come.

I always heard over the radio that snow will be coming soon. In fact, the weather forecast last weekend was telling that we will be having snowfall on Wednesday and that is tomorrow. I don’t wonder about this anymore because this is a typical winter weather. That is also the reason why I was looking yesterday for some winter boots. I saw some shoes womens or I would say winter shoes for women but nothing fits me in the shop where we went yesterday. The Canadian boots that I wanted to buy were also out. It is good that I already bought some winter shoes last month. I still have some old ones that I can use in this cold winter season in Europe. I can also wait until the winter is almost over because I can already buy some which will be on sale.

As Christians, our secular lives also need to be exemplary if we are going to attract others to the Gospel. A healthy spiritual life is merely the first step. We have to apply the spiritual principles of the Gospel to the way we live in the world. This is much more difficult as there will be numerous temptations to compromise a little bit here and a little bit there. We have to resist these temptations and keep our Christian witness pure and of the strongest kind by 100 percent faithfulness to the Gospel.

Titus 3:1-7
1 Beloved: Remind them to be under the control of magistrates and authorities, to be obedient, to be open to every good enterprise. 2 They are to slander no one, to be peaceable, considerate, exercising all graciousness toward everyone. 3 For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, deluded, slaves to various desires and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful ourselves and hating one another. 4 But when the kindness and generous love of God our savior appeared, 5 not because of any righteous deeds we had done but because of his mercy, he saved us through the bath of rebirth and renewal by the holy Spirit, 6 whom he richly poured out on us through Jesus Christ our savior, 7 so that we might be justified by his grace and become heirs in hope of eternal life.

I am quite happy and contented with my life right now. Despite being jobless for four years now, we still manage everything. Thanks to hubby for being a lovable and wonderful husband, great provider and supporter. I am truly thankful for everything.

So far, there is just one thing I can complain in my life. That is gaining more weight. I just need a colon cleanse that works to help me reduce excess fat and weight. It was some months that I did not consult our old weighing scale. Since it is not functioning good, I ended up buying a new one last week. To my surprise, I am already 74 kilos now. As far as I can remember, I was only 69 kilos when I check my weight sometime in August of this year. This is quite alarming. Imagine, the first time I arrive here in Europe, I was only 54 kilos..such a big difference! I admit it is my fault and that is too much eating without proper exercise. I still have time to correct it. I hope very soon. Good luck to me!
