God has a plan for everyone and it is up to us discover this. As we celebrate the birth of John the Baptist, we can wonder what it would be like to have Jesus for our first cousin. But it will be far more productive for us to listen to what God has to say about His will for our lives than focus on something that has more to do with someone else.

Tobit is blinded by the pooh of a bird falling into his eyes. This meant much suffering for his wife who had to take in work in order to support her family. There are literally millions of people who can identify with such suffering. Tobit is tempted to despair and curse God for his misfortune. (I wonder how we would respond in his situation?) He does not and, as we will see later in the book, is miraculously healed.
Tobit 2:9-14

Of all the species and creatures on earth, humans are naturally social beings because no man is an island and people need one another if they really want to move forward to a better future. And that is why people should be more careful when dealing with others and handling their relationships because they should never burn their bridges and cut connections just like that. Friends and family are the most important part of anyone’s life and they also need to maintain close ties with their peers and colleagues to become more efficient and effective in their respective careers. And that is why they should do everything in their power to step with their best foot forward when expanding their social circles and making new acquaintances because the folks they meet can help them soar to greater heights and reach their goals in life.

This is the day to celebrate motherhood. This is the day to thank all the great things our mothers had done to us. Other countries might have celebrate it in different dates but the most important thing is, we remember a day to celebrate their motherhood. We should thank our mothers each day in our lives.
TO ALL MOTHER’S OUT THERE, HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
I also would like to congratulate my mother who is the greatest mother in this world. We love you mom and wish you all the best in this life and most of all good health always!
Mother’s Day is a day to celebrate motherhood. In this day, we show our love and gratefulness
A man loves his sweetheart the most, his wife the best, but his mother the longest. ~Irish Proverb
Mother is the name for God in the lips and hearts of little children. ~William Makepeace Thackeray
Mother love is the fuel that enables a normal human being to do the impossible. ~Marion C.

Sometimes I ask myself how can I forgive a person who has done wrong to me if he/she did not ask for forgiveness. I can say, “Time may heal the pain but the scar always remain”. I can forgive but I cannot forget the wrong thing a person had done because it served as a lesson for me not to easily trust anymore. Thanks God for giving me the spirit of forgiveness!
Here is a saying I read from my former teacher back in college.
“We forgive because we also have shortcomings and imperfections;
We forgive because life is too short to be bitter and angry;
And we must forgive because it is the only way to move forward.”
Live, love and be happy.
Let’s cast all our burdens upon God for He cares for us always.”
Have a lovely day everyone! Take care always!

I just can’t delete this very inspiring message in my inbox without sharing it all to you. A big thanks to Fr. Rudy Horst, SVD who wrote this for Kyregma. I only want to spread this very inspiring words. Keep reading and hope everyone had a wonderful celebration of the Easter Season. God bless everyone!
“We continue to celebrate Easter for six weeks until Pentecost Sunday, for Easter is the celebration of the foundation of our faith. “If Christ has not been raised, then empty is… your faith,” as St. Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 15:14. Unfortunately, in our modern times, many try to explain away the resurrection of Christ. This is nothing new. Already on the first Easter, as today’s Gospel tells us, the Jewish authorities in Jerusalem tried to cover this up. But St. Peter, whose first sermon at Pentecost we read today, declared it loud and clear, “God has raised this Jesus; of this we are all witnesses.” He proclaimed this without fear before the same people who, six weeks ago, had brought Jesus to the Cross and saw Him dying in agony. There will always be doubters and unbelievers in the resurrection of Jesus until He comes again in glory. In the meantime, it is our duty and privilege to be ministers of the truth of the Gospel to all the people we meet. This is an important aspect of our faith. Have you experienced something in your faith that is worth sharing with others? If not, then you do not yet know the full joy of salvation. Pray for it.

You can easily imagine the excitement that must have been in Peter’s heart as he stood up to proclaim for the first time the Good News of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Is there any reason that the excitement should wane for him, or for that matter, be any different for us today? No — this is the Good News and there will never be anything better to proclaim than this. (more…)

I guess you know what it means when a black smoke appears in Vatican’s famous chimney. Finally, almost an hour ago, white smoke were seen in Vatican. It means that anew Pope was finally elected. White smoke billowing from the Sistine Chapel signals a new pope has been chosen on Wednesday, March 13.
I heard the news over the radio while we were taking our dinner tonight. That was quite a great news! Finally, the 1.2 billion Catholics has now a new Pope but his identity has not yet been revealed. Today is already the second day of the Conclave. It was apparently the fifth round of voting on the second day of Conclave. (more…)

March is finally here! February is over and there is only one thing I can say, that month was awesome! Thanks goodness for all the blessings and all the opportunities, not only for me and also for my family and siblings.
The weather is also getting better, I guess. I heard over the radio that today is a start of good weather. I guess snow will not come back anymore.I don’t really need it at the moment. I miss the shining of the sun which makes happy hormones! lolz!
Spring is coming soon. I can’t wait to see the flowers like the daffodils, tulips and crocus in our garden. I can’t wait to go walking again under the sunshine. I am excited again to do some gardening. I just love this hobby of mine. Seeing flowers in our garden makes me feel like in heaven.
Tulips from our garden last spring 2012. I can’t wait to see them again soon!
Take care everyone and have a wonderful month of March!
