Last Visit to the Physical Therapist
Good day everyone! I hope you are all having a lovely day. There are a lot of things to do in the house but I need to post first this quick update. I had my last appointment to the physical therapist yesterday. It was quite good but she said I need more “manual therapy” as the call it here in Germany. I have problems with my shoulder sometimes and can’t sleep during the night due to pain. I hope this will get better soon. Off for some household errands now. I need to remind my sister about her medical scrubs. I hope we can have the chance to chat online later. Enjoy your day folks!

I hope your shoulder is feeling better. I have back problems so I can relate. Thanks for the quote and thanks for the pictures of Europe at your other blogs. I wish I could go back soon but I think it's going to be awhile. I clicked on some of your ads. Are they from Adsense or is there another way to put ads on blogs? I ask because I just started using ads.
