Sad To Say I Am Back to Bad Habits!

I have been having problems the past days and even months about myself. Winter is over now and normally it is time for me to start dieting. The problem is, I always love to cook and to eat. I always have appetite for eating. Another problem is that a lot of friends always invite me to take lunch or dinner with them. I also can’t say no when friends invite me to their party. Another bad thing is that, I am back to old habits again, eating dinner in the middle of the night. How can I lost excess pounds when I keep on doing these things? Sometimes I think of taking appetite suppressant to probably solve this problem. Is it really good? happy weekend to all!
