Gaining or Losing

Good evening everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. We had a great sunny weather last weekend. That is the reason why we had a long walk yesterday afternoon while the sun was shining. It was simply a lovely day!

About my main topic, gaining and losing- you can use these two words in many ways. You can probably say, “I am losing weight”. That would be best thing that a woman always wanted. I can also say, I am gaining more pounds. Yes, I am and I truly felt bad about it! I thought immediately of dietary supplements for weight loss. I read a lot online who are successful after taking it. I believed there are also other alternatives to lose weight. I just approached a friend if I can go with her to take Zumba lesson. Have you heard about it? If I am not mistaken, it is a form of a dance or exercise to help lose weight and keep the body fit and flexible. I might go with my friend when schedules are getting better.

So, what do you want now? To gain or to lose? I guess it depends.
