New Year’s party With Friends

the menudo apritada..my husband truly love this Filipino delicacy..just look at the photo and you will see how delicious it is..hmmm..yummy!!

my experiment..a tilapia fish fillet from Ritchel..I baked it with olive oil and dried onion leaves..after that I decorated it with fresh veggies..love how it taste for the first time..
